Interview was simple and straightforward with the operations director. I would say it had a basic STAR format feel to it, asking about prior experience and situational hypotheticals. Small company vibes.

No pressure from first DON . She was very professional. Explained my job description, wages . We discussed my experience. Ratio of patients to staff. I also received a great tour of the facility . Discussed shirt preferred also my previous detox experience.
