Very good interview process. Zoom interview then on-campus if you are offered. On-campus was a 2 day interview process. Teaching and research presentations, as well as committee, department chair, and dean interviews.

What experiences can you bring to the department, college, and university?
Smooth process, made to feel very welcome. Search Committee members were warm and inviting. Dean was very approachable. Although stressful, I really enjoyed my time during the interviewing process. I think I have said it all, and do not need to keep writing to pad up the minimum requirements.
