Coast Composites interview questions

this is a very easy job to interview for, simple questions from simple management. There was a quick phone call with simple questions where I talked about my past experience. The interviewer was so incompetent that I was able to say whatever I want.

I applied through Monster and heard back the next day. I scheduled an interview and I talked with the hiring manager whom I initially set up the interview with. She looked through my resume and asked me general questions about it and why I applied for the position even though I have a mechanical engineering degree. Then I got to talk to the composite production supervisor and he really liked me. He gave me a tour of the place where I would eventually be working. I received an offer the same day and just had to pass a drug test at the local clinic afterwards.
