Interview
It started with a scheduled first round phone call. If accepted it will follow with a video call further discussing experience and questions, Lastly, if you get accepted it will follow with a final in-person interview.

Interview
After the initial interview with a corporate recruiter (a 30-minute virtual call to discuss my background and the position). About a week later, I then had a 30-minute virtual call with the Senior Creative Director. About another week later, I was invited to an hour-long in-person interview to the DC office (2 30-minute rounds: first round was with the Art Director and the Sr. Corporate Marketing Manager, second round was with the Senior Director of Video Production and the UX/UI Designer). The final round of interview was with the VP, CoStar Marketing and the Senior Creative Director again.

The questions with the rest of the team were standard design questions, going over my resume and portfolio, and just seeing if I was a good fit for the team
Received an email notifying me to set up a phone interview with one of the recruiters. The recruiter was polite and on time. She seemed somewhat inexperienced and basically asked me the same questions that were on the application.
