Im writing this just to look at reviews for other companies. It's ridiculous that I need previous work experience just to look at employee ratings for companies I may want to apply for.

As i said, i didn't apply. I'm writing this review just so i can use Glassdoor. If they don't want fake reviews, don't make it mandatory to leave one just for the sake of using the site

Informal, ask questions that you are sent prior to the interview to prepare. Ask about availability and your current circumstances eg. if you are a student etc. and if you have previous retail experience.

irl, casual, they asked me a series of questions about why i want to work here, how have i been in situations where i had to display the co op values, and how would i be a benefit to the store

Easy, really nice people. Enjoyed the process and they were really lovely, and the staff were really kind. They were looking to find me a place and fpund me one in a different store
