Formal, lots of questions - talked about availability. The pack they provide beforehand was barely relevant. Felt like the interviewer was just going through a checklist rather than engaging. Overall felt impersonal
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (London, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
the interview was a group online assessment, which involved a personal introduction from all the candidates, and than group tasks, where we had to show how we would handle specific scenarios
easy and quick. Asked only a few questions. Didn’t really seem interested in doing the interview though. Applied online, got a call the next week for an interview the next day.
Thank you for reviewing your interview with us. We're sorry to see that you turned down the role. Good luck with your job search.

Interview
Interview in office of the store, the manager was really nice, basic questions, they were on time and made me feel quite comfy, very good experience. Called about a week from the initial interview.
