I applied in-person. I interviewed at Co-op (Radstock, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was ok. Could be better. Not too bad. The woman was pretty rude. I mentioned my pre booked holiday and that was not considered essential and they’d need me to start straight away

Question 1
How do you see your career progressing within the coop

Application
I interviewed at Co-op (South Cornelly, Wales)
Interview
the interview was about half an hour and I was aksed questions based on team building, achievements, experience and my qualifications. Was my first ever interview out of school so I didn't have much experience which was fine for the role I was applying for
Very easy and relaxed interview process, given a list of questions to look through the day before that will be asked in the interview. Interview started by answering those questions then focused on my schedule and what hours I could work.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We share interview questions ahead of your interview to help you prepare and be more at ease on the day. We hope this helped you.
Interview was great. Was told beforehand of the questions I would be asked and to give 5 examples of different behavioural examples. In the interview you had to discuss 3 of them.
