Good, it was a relaxed setting no pressure. was ideal if you've not had a job before as there was no questions which forced you to relate to previous job experiance
Informal, ask questions that you are sent prior to the interview to prepare. Ask about availability and your current circumstances eg. if you are a student etc. and if you have previous retail experience.

Easy, really nice people. Enjoyed the process and they were really lovely, and the staff were really kind. They were looking to find me a place and fpund me one in a different store
