I was interviewed by three individuals. They were very open and friendly, enjoyed joking around, and fair in their evaluations. I was asked several questions related to the job and related to my personal likes and dislikes. They were looking for an individual with the right kind of personality to fit in with their culture as well as be able to learn the job and perform the duties. They were less concerned about my experience and more concerned about my fit. There were three because they had two open positions reporting to different individuals.
