Applied on-line, had a phone screen then phone interview and then was scheduled for a group interview and was asked to turn in a vague case study. (all withing 2 weeks) The local office screwed up the interview time and I patiently waited, only one of the three people slotted to do the interview actually showed up. Note- the case study that I did was never mentioned. Both the phone interview and the actual interview itself were actually insulting as both interviews clearly misrepresented their experience, tenure with Clutter and the success and size of the local operation. Note to the C-Level and investors, youth and energy are a fantastic thing but hiring inexperienced and untruthful people to run a company will wind up getting you sued and costing you employees and customers. There are real world consequences for managements decisions and an effective and strong manager must realize that they can't shoot from the hip and there are legal consequences for all their decisions . Clutter is a fantastic idea and can be a great company but if you aren't part of the culture they are looking for ie- Millennial- don't waste your time as this isn't the place for you. In summary, it was shameful listening to the local manager lie to me and rave about firing anyone he chooses whenever he chooses because he can. In retrospect, I was stunned by listening to both interviewers rave about their successes at Clutter when they had a combined month of employment at Clutter.
