The process consisted of an initial video interview, a challenge, then another video interview.
The first interview is very straightforward. They ask about you and your interest in the company and marketing. I applied for both that and the copywriting internships so I received challenges for both. The third interview was more of a pre-offer conversation explaining more about what the internship is like and what you will be doing. They are very considerate and understanding. I ended up declining the offer only because the pay was a bit too low for me as a graduate with no other income.
I strongly recommend to anyone who is still a student and wants to gain experience. They put an emphasis on the fact that they want you to learn rather than know everything before getting hired.
