Asked to come in for interview day after applying. Met with CIO and Principal of company who seems to be in charge of recruiting. Also met with President of company. Lasted about 1.5 hours with offer presented at end of interview. Asked about IT skills and experience in regards to what job will entail. Nothing too off the wall. When I said I understand HTML even though I couldn't write it well on the spot, the had me read some HTML and draw out what it was showing. So don't misrepresent/exaggerate what you know.

Easy. You just need to play nice and pretend you know what you are talking about. They seem to hire anyone who interviews if you are not a minority. It should have been much more difficult.
