Interview
The interview was easy.
Suspiciously easy.
Like none of those questions where they put you on ice and really test your work ethic, like "what would you do in X situation?"
Moreso, a lot of just the interviewer talking about how the culture is really important to them. I got the sense that they're hiring for the -vibes- and not for work ethic or experience. I have my theories, based on the former employee reviews about why I didn't fit the vibe they were looking for. I got the feeling that I probably wasn't "one of the guys."
Also, I think that a company that goes out of their way to tell you multiple times that they don't micromanage you actually does. A company that doesn't micromanage just lives that, they don't market it as part of the whole vibe.
Got a rejection email the next day. Their loss, my dodged bullet, I'm sure, lmao.

Interview
Interview was short and awkward. The person who interviewed me seemed nice, but she mentioned how I changed jobs often even though I was at my current job for 2 years and the previous one for over 4 years. Most people do not stay at jobs long anymore and it threw me off.

Interview
The interview was with the manager, and it was only maybe 20-30 minutes. It felt very awkward and tense and she mentioned how I loved jobs often even though I had been at my current company for 2 years and my previous for 4. I was not offered a position and I believe I received an email to inform me they chose someone else.
