Club Colors interview questions

The interview was easy. Suspiciously easy. Like none of those questions where they put you on ice and really test your work ethic, like "what would you do in X situation?" Moreso, a lot of just the interviewer talking about how the culture is really important to them. I got the sense that they're hiring for the -vibes- and not for work ethic or experience. I have my theories, based on the former employee reviews about why I didn't fit the vibe they were looking for. I got the feeling that I probably wasn't "one of the guys." Also, I think that a company that goes out of their way to tell you multiple times that they don't micromanage you actually does. A company that doesn't micromanage just lives that, they don't market it as part of the whole vibe. Got a rejection email the next day. Their loss, my dodged bullet, I'm sure, lmao.
