Clout interview questions

First there is a group interview with the CEO, where he breaks down the company's mission. If he likes you, you're brought back for a follow-up one on one with members of the team you'd be working on.

First interview will be a group interview. If you get selected for a follow-up, you will meet with a few engineers for a more technical interview. If you pass, you will meet with the CEO, if available. Otherwise, you will be called in to go over your compensation package.
