The process was clear, with an interview with a hiring manager, a case study with an asynchronous submission, a panel interview debriefing on the case study and delving deeper into specific role and study aspects, and a final interview with the C-suite. Case study was about a real project I would start on, testing my structuring and prioritization of opportunities with limited information, proactivity to research technical feasibility, navigating real stakeholder challenges (such as different priorities, specific roadblocks), and estimating and measuring impact of given solutions,
A couple of formal interviews to see if you are a cultural fit, two business cases and a roleplay. The roleplay will be short and you must focus on getting the need fast

Interview
The process moved through four clear stages: an initial recruiter screen with Effie (Talent Acquisition), followed by a hiring manager conversation with Tomáš Varga, then a panel interview with Tomáš, David Cacik, and Effie that included a case study presentation, and finally an informal office visit with Matthew Pellegrini from the Toronto AE team. Overall the process was well-structured and moved at a reasonable pace. Feedback between stages was communicated promptly, and the recruiter maintained consistent and personal communication throughout — including direct WhatsApp follow-ups which added a human touch not common in most hiring processes.
