Asked too tough questions asked questions out of the box from topics which were not even mentioned in my cv The interviewer couldnt even ask questions clearly his way of asking questions werent clear plus based on candiddates year of experience you should ask questions you cannot expect an architect level design or solution from someone who has 3 yoe
Experience is worse. I had an appointment with HR , But HR is not there at that time.So some one took over my interview after I waited for a long time.
