The process consisted of a "fit" call (an HR screening call), a work test, and then a panel interview. The questions were fair and everyone I spoke to during the recruitment process was incredibly engaging. My main challenge with the process was the amount of time it took -- several months from first contact to the panel interview. CHAI leadership ended up deciding not to hire for the position, in the end, which was disappointing.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Clinton Health Access Initiative
Interview
I went through 4 rounds of interviews and a written technical test and made it to the last stage where there was only one other candidate left.
I received an automated email message letting me know I did not get the role. After asking for feedback from the HR contact I was in touch with on why, I was ghosted - no response since then. I would have appreciated some feedback given the hours I had spent on the interviews and assessment
