Applied on line. The recruiter reached out and scheduled a phone screen. Recruiter called and my resume clearly showed I had experience with clinical operations however I didn’t understand what clinical operations was. So when she explained what it was it was the things I had done in the past no matter how long it was at a Sponsor site. She immediately ended the call with me. It was a waste of my time.
