Very casual yet thorough with each manager focusing on some technical and mostly situation based questions. All in all it wasn't a stressful process. A good industry knowledge combined with tools and processes used were the main topics.
Had to complete an aptitude and personality assessment with the application. HR called quickly after submitting and scheduled 2 zoom interviews. I was given an assignment to complete (simple, not time consuming) and completed quickly. I never heard from them again even after submitting the assignment and following up. Interviewers were nice and gave me excellent feedback during the chat, upsetting that they couldn’t even send a stock email saying they were passing on me.
