They looked at my reel and asked me to edit a three minute segment within a six hour period which they were very happy with. They asked me to view a few segments of their videos and asked me to create something similar.

So many questions they ask. They basically do a cavity search on you. Their expectations of the people they want require butt kissing more than anything and willingness to bow at their every decision.

The interview went very well. The employers expressed enthusiasm and passion for what they were doing and also expressed how much they admired my work. They were very specific and articulate about the goals of the company and what they would expect from me.
