Interview
The first interview was with the Recruiter. A few days later, I was invited to interview with the Task Managers from two programs and one Team Lead. After a week, another invitation for a final interview with the Southwest Director of Operations.

Smooth process, recruiter very responsive, 2 interviews, the recruiter interview asked question pertaining to my background experience in logistics, my clearance status
and then I met with the lead for a technical interview that was more in depth of my experience, client demand and expectation. Both were phone interviews due to COVID

Interview
Initial phone screening/interview was about twenty minutes with an HR representative . A week later I interviewed in-person with two managers (one from each team that was hiring) and a team lead that lasted about an hour.
