The process began with a pretty informal conversation with a member of the Solutions Engineering team, discussing the general responsibilities and answering questions I had about the role.
Mini Project: I was assigned a mini project, which required me to record two short videos using Loom. The first was a demonstration of ClickUp's integrations and how it improves workflows for engineering teams. The second video was an explanation of how I set up the integrations and how I prepared for the short demo.
The day after submitting the mini project, I was sent the requirements for the final interview. Half of the final interview was a role-play and the other half was filled with feedback, questions, and felt more like a traditional interview.
The entire SE team was incredibly helpful, uplifting, and exemplified the company's core values. They went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and to help me feel comfortable.

The HR and Hiring Manager round went very smooth. However, the role is solutions and engineering focused but the last interviewer only asked questions related to Sales in a cultural fit round which is very strange.
They scheduled a virtual meeting with me. The day of the meeting no one join the call. Never received an email with explanation and never received an answer to my follow up email.
