Overall a very loose and unstructured interview process (expected since many of them never worked in FAANG) and many of the interviewers didn’t review the documents or presentation or media that was requested to be sent in advance. The interviewers did not understand first principles and mostly were looking to critique a solution rather than understand the rationale and process. Interviewers didn’t seem capable of reading long form and wanted to just see a vibe coded prototype (which aligns with their product philosophy of building as a feature factory — study their cluttered UI/UX but don’t be too critical and offend the Leads). No discussion of product strategy or desire to try to build differentiation. The Leads emphasized volume over quantity throughout the interview process.
