I applied online. I interviewed at Click Travel (Birmingham, England)
Interview
It was ok pretty lengthy I think , questions were pretty straight forward to be fair , it can be passable but do some research on the company and the job title itself
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Click Travel in Aug 2019
Interview
It was a good Interview. Had one Coding Test, and about four interviews (Behavioural, System Design, Depth of Expertise and Culture Fit). Got an offer but was later rescinded by Click
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you found the interview experience positive. We try to create as unbiased and inclusive experience as possible and welcome opportunities to improve.
Unfortunately, we're unable to support remote working for people living outside the UK. We were disappointed to learn of your location after we offered you the job, then rescind it. It wasn’t a decision taken lightly. Since your experience, we’ve made improvements to our interview process to ensure all the candidates meet the location criteria before spending time interviewing with us.
I wish you luck with your job search.

Interview
I applied online. Heard back within the week and had an initial interview with hiring manager. It was a video call and went relatively easily, spoke about my experience and I asked questions around process, product and the team. I was told a few days later I'd progressed to the case study stage.
Spent a fair bit of time studying and analysing a product and coming up with recommended improvements. The presentation call was short, done with the hiring manager and a senior member of the engineering team. At the end of it they concluded their questions had been answered in my presentation and a few days later I was invited to the final stage interview: what they called a cultural and depth of expertise interview.
Then, silence. I followed up twice to schedule the final interview and left it at that. Any company / manager that would show so little respect for a candidate's time (ghosting after extending an invitation to another interview) is not worth it.
Thank you for the feedback, we’re disappointed that you had a negative experience interviewing with us. We’re looking at our processes to discover where the misstep occurred, and how we can ensure it doesn’t happen again, as the experience described here doesn’t match our expectations.
We appreciate the time you took preparing to interview with us, and wish you every luck with your job search.
