All positions are advertised internally and/or externally by the Human Resource Department. The HR Department screens the applicants for minimum requirements and notifies the selection committee that the applicants are now available on line. The committee is responsible for application review, interviews, and selection based on committee consensus. The President approvals/disapproves all positions and may choose to personally interview the candidate. All applicants are asked the same questions to insure equity. Interviewees may expound beyond the questions. These comments may lead to additional questions which committee members may pose. .
