For their summer internship program, the interviewers will ask you all the same questions from your application. They check for consistency of the answers. It was awkward at some points and my interviewers were not very conversational

Interview
First, there was a group interview with Cleveland Foundation staff and community stakeholders that were familiar with the fellowship. They took turns asking questions and provided their contact information so that I could follow up with them. I was then interviewed by my individual host organization.

Interview
Started with an initial cold call from HR with numerous questions about why I wanted to work at TCF and what I knew about it. Shortly after, I received another short phone interview and then scheduled an in-person interview. The in-person interview was with the woman from HR who had been in contact with me, followed by a writing test.
