Cleveland Clinic Project Manager - Historic Data Conversion interview questions

Applied, answered the phone texts inquiry, then nothing until I got an email stating: "We have been reaching out, and we haven't heard back from you yet. Since we haven't gotten a response, our recruiters have made the decision to pursue other candidates..." I didn't get any emails, texts, calls. Online the Workday site says "Application withdrawn by applicant" which I surely didn't do.
