Applied for the job online. Was contacted by a very nice representative who had me complete a testing program. Scheduled for an interview approximately two weeks later. Found out they were interviewing all day for this position. Was escorted into the office and spent about five minutes with two very young women who asked me a couple of questions only. Was then seated in a holding area to wait for another person to interview me. Was then told thank you for coming and escorted out of the office. Found the process very impersonal. Have not applied for Cleveland Clinic again and not sure if I would consider working for them.

Straightforward and easy. Laidback. Asked the expected questions about previous experience and best/worst qualities. It mostly felt like a chat, and provided an opportunity for me to ask any questions I had.
