Interview
I applied with veterans preference. I think that's the only reason I got a call back. First I interviewed with the nurse manager after 2 weeks she called to set-up a staff interview and shadowing. I interviewed with 3 other employees(a couple nurses and a health unit coordinator) then I shadowed for a while. I was a little nervous at first but everyone was nice and not intimidating at all. Everything seemed good but 2 weeks later I got the dreaded email that they decided to pursue other candidates.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic in Oct 2018
Interview
Initially was going to do a phone interview but Was changed to doing a web cam interview. Then was scheduled for an in person interview, shadow a HUC for an hour was offered position same day
