Such a long hiring process. The interview process took over 6 months and most of it was just waiting to be called back from the utility pool of people. I do not know why they do that to employees.

Interview
Was a video interview it went really smoothly. Interviewer was very professional. Thus is the third round very long process. Total time thus far 4 months. Will not hear about hiring decision for another 2-3 weeks.
