my experience was bad since the interviewer interviewed for few times and after few months later he forgot the candidate's profile, so he called and said he need to do interview again, and end up doing two more interviews and no feedback, waste of time

Interview
Initial interview with COO and Director of Construction. This was followed by an email request to take a personality test and then a job offer. It seemed like it was a positive team to come on board with during the entire interview process.
