I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) (Boise, ID) in Oct 2010
Interview
Interviewed on campus, questions were very easy all technical based. Received an invitation to interview on-site. During the on-site interview, I was asked some simple programming questions in the first interview. I then was asked some math questions the next hour. The questions were not difficult, but the interviewer wanted me to solve the problem his way. I was unable to, but solved it a different way. This was not good enough and he became difficult to work with. He was in some sort of leadership position with the company so I knew I wouldn't be getting the job, so I really stopped trying. After that there were three more hour long interviews, including one in which I was instructed I had ten minutes to come up with material and give a presentation on something I knew about that would last 15 minutes.

I applied online. I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) (Bengaluru) in Aug 2024
Interview
It was quite good and easy, mostly questions are from dsa and core subjects.basically they are looking for the person who can take and delivered task before deadline. And one thing to remember that revise all concept before going for the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) (Boise, ID) in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview took place in multiple parts. My initial contact started with a call from a recruiter directly with Clearwater. It was a very standard call, being a 30 minute conversation where I talked about my skills and what I wanted to do in my next roll. The next step after the phone screen was a two round technical interview. The first round was hands on coding, and the second round was an online whiteboarding session on the topic of software architecture.
