There were 4 interviews and 2 coding challenges to be done at home between interviews. This was a complete waste of time. Every interview was a major inconvenience for the engineers and therefore they were not very pleasant. The interview was for C++ programmer, but they did not ask any questions that were programming specific, wtf.

Applied online on Clearpath's Career Website. Got a coding challenge after a week. Submitted my solution after spending 3 entire days solving that problem. Got an email after 3 days that I was not selected.
