I had an HR screening, culture interview with directors of engineering, and system design and engineering manager interviews - there were additional steps, but I did not make the cut due to lack of expected comfort with mentorship and engineering fit.

The questions were focused on the practical technical and organizational problems which I suspect they were facing at the time and how you would work through them.
