Total 5 rounds of Interview. Process will take more than 30 - 45 days. 1. Introduction round with HR 2. Technical round with Hiring Manager (Associate Director, Marketing - Clear) - Virtual Interview 3. Technical round with Associate Director Digital Marketing - Virtual Interview 4. Technical round with Business Head, Global E-invoicing - In person (Office) 5. HRBP round. Finished all the round and got selected. After the salary discussion the HR told me that will be sharing the Offer letter in 2 days. But didn't receive any response for 15 to 20 days. Tried to reach them continuously, but they didn't even want to attend my call and give an update. After 30 days the same HR called me and said we will sharing an update about the candidature. Again ghosted me for few days. I stopped caring about that opportunity. Blessing in disguise, I got a better offer with an MNC company for a better compensation. Worst experience. No proper strategy for hiring. At least they should respond to a candidate who has given his precious time. Worst management and HRs.
