I applied through their portal and got a call from HR , and then she scheduled 1st technical interview which was rescheduled twice on short notice. Interview - 1- Leetcode problem medium based on array 2- One scenario based question , based on roles and permissions and some discussions on that 3- Devops tool , Jenkins based questions Panel seems to be more interested in Devops , did not show any interest in QA based questions , Also did not give enough time to answer or think on questions. Their Sdet is more like Devops management for client not anywhere related to Qa Also panel did not share any information about company processes and tech also on their background, even after followup question he ignored which was bit rude. No feedback from HR , as ghosting is normal for them, So i assume that I was rejected.
