The process lacks professionalism. The hiring manager, first of all, was late to the interview and wasn't even on camera (which speaks a lot about their professionalism). I was randomly ghosted after the 2nd round, with no further communication on acceptance or rejection, either. It is atleast a basic professional courtesy to inform the person that they are not being selected and close the loop, as opposed to just randomly ghosting them. Which speaks a lot about the organisation.Wouldn't recommend interviewing them unless you are super desperate for a job,
