I read the above comments. I had a similar experience for my interview. They offered me the position, but I did not accept. I do not want to call out any names here. But the 'Man' who interviewed me was Extremely Unprofessional. The way he talks and explains about 'His' program and 'Himself'. When I went there for the In-Person interview the HR Manager welcomed me with a sweet smile. She gave me an application to fill out. The application was long. This young lady was really nice. She prepared me for the interview. She gave me a job description and asked me to read it and let her know if I have any questions. This is the same person who conducted my phone interview. She has a very sweet voice! But did not tell me what I am getting into! The Interview with the Manager seemed as he was not prepared. He had a set of questions to ask me. He kept asking me to repeat my answer so he could write it down!! I felt like he was not prepared at all!

Interviewed with the Director of Program Services. Director conducted interview--allowed me to ask my questions about the organization and daily routines. Employment was offered. Hiring process took more than 2 weeks (doctor visits, background screening, reference checks)
