Interview
I had 2 rounds of interviews and 1 take-home assignment. When they asked me to provide 3 references immediately to facilitate a rapid process I thought I was going to receive a job offer. However, I learned that I am not the right fit for the position. It was quite disappointing and embarrassing that they actually called my references for about 15 mins. Of course, they can choose how to evaluate candidates but I found it a bit disrespectful regarding reference is normally regarded as the last step.

I Interviewed with various levels of management. They scheduled four interviews with me virtual. One interview with the direct manager, higher level manager and then the two owners. It was very a straightforward process

3 levels of interviews, with manager and co owners, very detailed, took writing test, different people asked different questions. Very personable. Interview process went fairly quickly. Friendly bunch, but longevity was not what expected for several folks
