A recruiting firm from working on behalf of Clark Street contacted me several times; I eventually relented and scheduled a series of interviews. The questions were standard; the only technical content was a short walk-through of the working of a solar cell. The recruiter was helpful and friendly, although the mentioned salary range was not competitive with comparable consulting opportunities.
Two phone calls with the recruiter led to a phone interview with a hiring manger and an analyst at Clark Street. This questioning was again fairly standard, with the exception of several questions about fuel cell technology. I never heard back after this interview, and did not initiate further contact as the salary was unattractive and the work seemed to consist of little more than writing funding proposals for government agencies.
