Clark County Public Health Department interview questions

I had a phone interview with a hiring company, and in person interview with them, and then an interview with Clark County. I had to fill out a lot of paperwork and they asked for my SSN and direct deposit, which was odd. I was told I would get a call by the end of the next week. A week after that date I emailed and asked and they emailed me two weeks after that (so three weeks after my interview) to tell me they want more experience.
