2 stage interview, first stage with the line manager and second with the line manager and portfolio director. The first is questions on previous experience and the second is usually a role play.

What do you consider to the biggest challenge of selling to a new customer?
It was short and brief, and I got along with the interviewer. This was for a temping role, so there wasn't as many questions. Nonetheless, I did a sales pitch there and then and I was offered the role, fortunately.
