went through multiple rounds of interviews with Clarify Health including recruiter, hiring manager, cross-functional leader, and ultimately the CRO, only to be met with complete silence afterward.
No follow-up. No rejection email. No “thanks for your time.” Nothing.
For a company that positions itself as data-driven and sophisticated, the candidate experience was surprisingly careless and unprofessional.
The final interview with Walker Hale, CRO, was particularly disappointing. It felt disengaged and one-sided, as if the outcome had already been decided before the conversation even started. There was little interest in my responses, and the interaction lacked the level of respect and curiosity you would expect at that stage.
If a company is going to put candidates through 4+ rounds, including senior leadership, the bare minimum expectation is closure and basic communication.
This process gave the impression of a team that either lacks alignment internally or does not value candidates’ time.
