Interview
Interview consisted of an initial phone interview. After several days, was followed up by an in-person interview with 2 additional people. Within hours after the second interview, was verbally offered the position. The formal offer was received later in afternoon on the same day.

Brief tour of the office... Chatting with upper management... Barley any discussion of my experience or education. Only with 1 person, thought I was originally scheduled to interview with 3. Short process and received offer within a few days.
