The first step was a personality assessment, which I found a bit odd that this took place before an initial screening call. Next, I was invited to a first interview with the HR/Operations Assistant. Super relaxed and friendly but did not go very in depth into the role. Afterwards I was asked to complete a 6 page written assessment with essay like questions, multiple parts of the scenario requiring answers...very time intensive to complete. After a couple weeks I was invited to interview with one of the owners. It was scheduled for 1 hour but ended up being 1.5 hours. Questions were very intensive and also revealed a lot about the culture/managerial style that didn't fully align with what I was seeking. At the end she asked me to write up a 30,60, 90 KPI/Goals for this position and return by end of week (4 days to complete). Personally, I felt this was a bit overkill for a non-managerial, mid-level position. I ended up withdrawing from the process to pursue other opportunities.
