online tests then extra written if required then the three stage process outlined online on their website and in the candidate package. not really any surprises if you look at that
Written task, Two interviews. First task involved interpreting written data and articles, second answering questions based on this information and third a general motivational interview. Motivational interview is meant to be more informal but felt more like my interviewer couldn’t be bothered.
Passed through the initial online tests, offered phone interview in December. Received a phone call which lasted about 20 minutes, questions largely focused on prior examples of when I had displayed the various civil service behaviours. Interviewer was friendly
