Very nice interview process. HR will take followup in every stage. Helping to understand joining process. Total 3 rounds, two are technical and one was HR. Company respect there employees and understands employee situation.

It began with a short HR screening, followed by a technical round where I was asked scenario-based questions on test cases, bug reporting, and defect life cycle. The interviewer wanted to understand my practical approach to testing rather than just theoretical knowledge. They also checked my ability to think critically about requirements, identify edge cases, and communicate issues clearly. Overall, the process was professional and gave me the chance to demonstrate my problem-solving skills in real-world testing situations.
