Civic Works interview questions

They put me through an entire month of an interview process for a job I was very over qualified for. Only to send me a very generic email after all that time of interviewing, letting me know that are pursuing other candidates. When you’re in a very vulnerable place in your life after losing your job, anyone knows the job search process is very disheartening. To put someone through multiple interviews over a 30 day span only to send a generic email reply at the end of it all? Very frustrating and I would never apply here again and would never recommend anyone to work here.
