Interview
I submitted an application online and got a call back in a week. It was fairly casual and was mostly a personality interview with easy job based questioned peppered throughout. There was a written portion before the interview started with 2-3 questions on it. If you got accepted, you'd go through a background check and drug screening before being officially hired.

The process was lengthy but understandable as I would be working with kids. I don't remember much as it was a long time ago, but I do remember wishing the process would have been faster.
They will give you a call to schedule an interview, and will interview you on Microsoft Teams. They usually ask about your personality, goals, and work ethic. They also hire on the spot.
