I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at City Laundering (Faribault, MN) in Oct 2023
Interview
Applied to an online posting through Indeed. Received a phone call from a recruiter to set up a phone interview literally the next day. Phone interview was pretty basic. A few situational questions, walking through past experience, and an explanation of the company and the position, with an opportunity to ask questions along the way. Pay was given as a range (my offer came in quite a bit higher) and then she asked about availability for a face to face interview. I was contacted about a face to face within a day or two and that was at up for a couple days later. In person was mostly the same. The manager who interviewed me made it feel like a conversation as opposed to an interview. We talked a lot about the company, struggles and challenges that someone taking the role would face, and what an ideal plan would be should I receive an offer. I was offered a route ride even though that isn't what I interviewed for (everyone takes one). I had a follow up with the interviewing manager. He sent me a personality profile i had to complete, and about a week later I got an offer. Background check and physical followed, and away we went!

Question 1
Coming from the job I had at the time (Routr Sales Rep with another company), he asked me which aspect of the job I enjoyed more, service or sales, and what's the difference.
